Morgan County Comprehensive Plan

The strengths of this plan are a tribute to the residents who were serious about making it a guide to Morgan County's future.

The Morgan County Board of Commissioners advocated not only this plan, but also working with other communities inside the county on their planning efforts.

The Steering Committee and staff were thoughtful at every step and inexhaustible in their ideas and energy. Hundreds of citizens took time to fill out surveys or take part in meetings during the two phases of the planning process.
