Martinsville Comprehensive Plan

The Martinsville Comprehensive Plan was revised and updated in January, 2010.
The plan revision and update was funded by special grant monies that were set aside for the purpose of allowing communities along the proposed I-69 Corridor to update their plans and to establish guidelines for land use and future development that will meet the needs of its residents and accommodate the growth of Martinsville.

The Comp Plan was developed in coordination with Morgan County and the Town of Mooresville in order to allow for consistency of SR37 development.
