The Martinsville Chamber of Commerce could not possibly fulfill its mission without the dedicated efforts of our board directors and chamber members who volunteer their time for our three standing committees. We are always looking for more volunteers and fresh ideas, so please take a look at the objectives for each of the committees below and consider joining us as we work together to make the greater Martinsville area a better place to live, work, and play. Member Services Committee

1st Tuesdays, 9:00 a.m. at Chamber Office
Member Services focuses on member relations by creating and implementing a plan for:
· Membership retention
· Membership growth
· Member services
· Marketing of the chamber and our members
Resource Development Committee
Co-Chairs: Barb Witzke, Meadow Lakes & Sharon Pearson, Hand Prints Ink
1st Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. at Chamber Office
Resource Development focuses their energy on developing resources that will allow us to accomplish our mission. This is done by creating and implementing a plan that includes:
· Fundraising & sponsorships
· Volunteers from membership
· Money, manpower, & materials/services
